Editorial Policy

How the Plrun Team selects games, verifies information, publishes guides, handles commercial relationships, and corrects errors.

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Purpose and editorial responsibility

PLRun is a browser-game platform maintained by the Plrun Team and Plrun Editorial Team. This policy covers game descriptions, compatibility information, screenshots, category pages, blog articles, Web Stories, recommendations, and developer-submitted materials. The team is responsible for publishing decisions and for responding when information needs correction.

2. How games are selected

Selection is based on whether a game runs in a modern browser, provides a usable player experience, fits an appropriate category, and can be presented without misleading claims. PLRun may reject or remove games with broken controls, deceptive redirects, unsafe download requirements, rights concerns, or content that conflicts with site policies.

3. Review and verification

  • Game title, developer or provider information, category, controls, platform compatibility, and external links are checked against the best information available.
  • Descriptions should explain the game without promising features that were not observed or documented.
  • Blog guides distinguish editorial judgment from factual details and should link to relevant game pages or primary sources where useful.
  • A game being listed does not mean every device, browser version, save system, or third-party service is guaranteed to work.

4. Authors and the Plrun Team

Editorial articles display the responsible WordPress author or the Plrun Team. Team attribution represents organizational responsibility rather than a fabricated individual profile. The About page explains who maintains the platform and the scope of the team's work.

5. Developer submissions and third-party content

Developers may submit games for consideration, but submission does not guarantee publication, ranking, promotion, or positive coverage. Developers and third-party providers remain responsible for rights to their games, artwork, audio, trademarks, and supplied descriptions. Copyright concerns are handled through the DMCA & Copyright Policy.

6. Advertising, sponsorships, and independence

PLRun may earn revenue from display advertising or partnerships. Advertisers do not approve game descriptions, editorial guides, rankings, or correction decisions. Sponsored placements or commercial relationships must be labeled when they could affect how a reasonable player understands the content.

7. Corrections and updates

Players and developers can report broken games, inaccurate controls, incorrect credits, outdated compatibility information, or unclear wording through the Contact page. Please include the page URL, device or browser, a description of the issue, and screenshots where relevant. Material errors are corrected after review; games may be temporarily disabled while technical or rights issues are investigated.

8. Tools and automation

PLRun may use software tools to organize submissions, format content, identify technical errors, or assist drafting. Automated output is not treated as a source by itself. Final publishing, fact checking, labeling, and correction decisions remain the responsibility of the Plrun Team.
