Bloxd.io is a massively popular IO adventure game that blends Minecraft-style voxel graphics with a huge library of multiplayer game modes — from parkour racing and creative building to Bedwars and third-person combat. Whether you want to speedrun an obstacle course, craft a survival base, or fight other players on floating islands, you can play Bloxd.io free in your browser right here on PLRun with no download required.
Bloxd.io is a free online HTML5 sandbox game created by Arthur Baker, an independent UK-based developer who previously worked at Microsoft. Inspired by Minecraft's block-building concept, Arthur built the game using the open-source Noa engine and first launched BloxdHop — a parkour mode — in early 2021. Since then, Bloxd.io has grown into a full multiplayer platform with over 18 game modes, more than 1.3 million player ratings, and an 8.6/10 score on major game portals. The game runs entirely in your browser on desktop and mobile devices, making it one of the most accessible block-based browser games available. Regular updates — including the addition of a Fishing mode and Ranked Bedwars 4v4 in early 2026 — keep the experience fresh.
Getting started is straightforward: visit the game, pick a mode, and jump into a lobby. The first-person controls are intuitive for anyone familiar with Minecraft or similar titles.

| Jump | Spacebar |
| Run | Shift or double-tap W |
| Crouch | C, Z, \, or Caps Lock |

These controls are consistent across most modes.
In DoodleCube, you build and sculpt rather than run:

Parkour modes like BloxdHop and EvilTower demand precise timing. Practice sprint-jumping (Shift + Spacebar) to cover longer gaps, and learn to crouch mid-air to land on narrow platforms. Movement skill transfers to every other mode in the game.
A single block layer is useless against upgraded tools. Use Obsidian (8 Diamonds) as the innermost layer, surround it with Wood (which forces enemies to switch to an Axe), and add an outer Wool shell as a cheap buffer. This layered approach slows attackers and buys your team crucial time.
If you want to prove your parkour skill, the /nobuffs command disables all power-ups and places you on a separate leaderboard. Completing maps without buffs earns more respect in the community and sharpens your raw movement mechanics.
In Survival mode, punch a tree immediately to get Wood, then craft a Wooden Pickaxe to mine Stone. Stone tools are a significant upgrade and unlock access to Iron and other ores. Skipping straight to a pickaxe saves time over collecting extra wood for other tools first.
Elevated positions give you a clear sightline advantage in combat. Build a quick tower during lulls in fighting to scout enemy positions and rain down attacks. Just be prepared to rebuild — towers are obvious targets.
In Bedwars and Hide and Seek, crouching hides your nametag from other players. This is essential for stealth plays like hiding near your bed after fortifying it, or ambushing opponents who think the area is clear.
DoodleCube trains spatial awareness, Survival teaches resource management, and BloxdHop builds reflexes. Skills from one mode directly improve your gameplay in others — a survival player who can parkour well has a real edge in Bedwars bridge fights.
