DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Introduction

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

Signature: Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

4. Counter-Notice Procedures

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent.

When our Designated Agent receives a counter-notice, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Free Online Games - Play Now No Download | PLRun has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, developers, or publishers who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
